Booking cancellation terms and refund conditions

Your purchase is a prepaid inspection certificate valid for 12 months. You can cancel and receive a full refund within 60 days of purchase, as long as the inspection has not been carried out.

Once the inspection has been carried out the certificate is used and the amount is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

After 60 days the certificate stays valid for booking until the end of its 12 months, but it can no longer be refunded.

If the inspector reaches the vehicle and neither you nor the vehicle is there, you get 1 free reschedule. After that the service counts as delivered.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the card used for payment within 5 to 10 business days.

There is no return fee and no restocking fee.

This policy outlines the conditions for cancelling inspection bookings and refund terms for payments made on www.inspectcar.ae.

Cancellation Policy

You do not need to give a reason for cancelling, and the full amount is returned with nothing deducted.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Once the inspection has been carried out the certificate is used and the amount is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.
  • After 60 days the certificate stays valid for booking until the end of its 12 months, but it can no longer be refunded.
  • If the inspector reaches the vehicle and neither you nor the vehicle is there, you get 1 free reschedule. After that the service counts as delivered.

Refund Process

  1. Request Cancellation: Email support@inspectcar.ae or contact us via WhatsApp with your booking number
  2. Review: We verify the purchase date and whether the inspection has been carried out
  3. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the card used for payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund Methods

Payment on the site is by card only, and the refund is returned to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the original card. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment gateway. We do not store any payment data, all card details are held by Stripe only.

Refund Fees

There is no return fee and no restocking fee.
