This policy outlines the conditions for cancelling inspection bookings and refund terms for payments made on www.inspectcar.ae.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your inspection booking and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 24 hours: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 24 hours of the booking time, provided the inspector has not already started the actual vehicle inspection.
• After inspection has started: Once the inspector has started inspecting the vehicle, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed inspection services — the service has been rendered
• Cancellation after the inspector has started the actual inspection
• Customer or vehicle not present at the specified location upon inspector arrival

Refund Process

1. Request Cancellation: Email support@inspectcar.ae or contact us via WhatsApp with your booking number and reason for cancellation
2. Review: We verify the booking status and whether the inspection has started
3. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the original card.The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
• Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account within 3 - 5 business days.

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment gateway.We do not store any payment data — all card details are held by Stripe only.

Refund Timeline

• Cancellation Request: Within 24 hours of booking(before inspection starts)
• Request Review: Same business day
• Refund Processing: 3 business days after approval
