Service Description

Nature of Service

InspectCar provides pre - purchase vehicle inspection services across the UAE.Experienced inspectors travel to the customer's location to inspect the vehicle and deliver a detailed report.

Inspection Packages

We offer three inspection packages:

• Computer Diagnostic (99 AED): OBD diagnostic, exterior body check, visual engine inspection, basic road test, tire condition report, digital report typically within one business day.
• Body & Computer Inspection (250 AED): All Computer Diagnostic items plus underbody inspection, A / C and electrical systems check, paint thickness measurement, detailed photo report.
• Comprehensive Inspection (399 AED): All Body & Computer items plus extended road test, transmission performance check, suspension and steering analysis, brake system inspection, and detailed digital report with photos.

Inspection Results

Inspection results are delivered in two formats: a PDF file and a digital report link. The report includes photos, vehicle condition assessments, and recommendations.

Booking & Service

Service Coverage

• We cover all seven UAE emirates
• Inspector travels to customer's location at the agreed time, typically within one business day of booking confirmation
• The vehicle must be available at the specified location upon inspector arrival

Cancellation & Refund

• Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund, provided the inspector has not started the actual inspection
• Completed inspections are non-refundable

Payment

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard
• Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirham(AED)
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.You will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment environment to complete your purchase.We do not store your card details.
• Failed Payments: Bookings will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

Limitation of Liability

InspectCar inspection reports reflect the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection only and do not constitute a warranty on the vehicle's future condition.InspectCar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under UAE law.

Changes to Terms

InspectCar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
