Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the inspectcar.ae website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Service Description

Nature of Service

InspectCar provides pre - purchase vehicle inspection services across the UAE.Experienced inspectors travel to the customer's location to inspect the vehicle and deliver a detailed report.

Inspection Packages

We offer 3 inspection packages. Each certificate entitles the holder to one inspection of the named package, not to a spendable balance. The list below is the inspection sections recorded for each package in our inspection system:

  • Computer Diagnostic (99 AED): Engine Start & Operation, OBD Scanner Report. 16 checkpoints. Does not include a road test.
  • Body & Computer (250 AED): Body, Paint & Damage, Glass, Exterior Lights, Doors, OBD Scanner Report, Engine Start & Operation, Tires & Wheels. 116 checkpoints. Does not include a road test.
  • Comprehensive (399 AED): Engine Start & Operation, Body, Paint & Damage, Frame Condition, Glass, Exterior Lights, Doors, Interior, Digital & Infotainment, HVAC System, Under The Hood, Engine, OBD Scanner Report, Fluids, Cooling System, Fuel System, Drivetrain, Brakes, Suspension & Steering, Tires & Wheels, Exhaust & Emissions, Safety & Security Systems, Exterior Features, Power Features, EV & Hybrid Systems, Road Test. 409 checkpoints.

Inspection Results

Inspection results are delivered in two formats: a PDF file and a digital report link. The report includes photos, vehicle condition assessments, and recommendations.

Booking & Service

Service Coverage

  • Coverage currently includes five emirates: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Abu Dhabi and Fujairah are temporarily unavailable.
  • Inspector travels to customer's location at the agreed time, typically same-day
  • The vehicle must be available at the specified location upon inspector arrival

Cancellation & Refund

  • Your purchase is a prepaid inspection certificate valid for 12 months. You can cancel and receive a full refund within 60 days of purchase, as long as the inspection has not been carried out.
  • Once the inspection has been carried out the certificate is used and the amount is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.
  • After 60 days the certificate stays valid for booking until the end of its 12 months, but it can no longer be refunded.
  • If the inspector reaches the vehicle and neither you nor the vehicle is there, you get 1 free reschedule. After that the service counts as delivered.
  • Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the card used for payment within 5 to 10 business days.
  • There is no return fee and no restocking fee.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard
  • Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirham(AED)
  • Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.You will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment environment to complete your purchase.We do not store your card details.
  • Failed Payments: Bookings will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of InspectCar or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

InspectCar inspection reports reflect the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection only and do not constitute a warranty on the vehicle's future condition.InspectCar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under UAE law.

Changes to Terms

InspectCar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
